Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend, please notify us prior to March 1, 2013, and we will refund your fee. Cancellations received after this date and no-shows are subject to a $200 administrative fee. You may enroll a substitute at any time before the course starts.

John Cooney and his firm have represented thousands of mesothelioma victims and their families over the last three decades. Timothy Krippner is a partner at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney Ltd. in Chicago, IL. Mr. Krippner also has considerable experience defending general product liability, professional liability, medical malpractice, and construction matters.
