Due to the many unknown and new developments concerning the spread of COVID-19, Perrin Conferences has decided to postpone the “Cutting-Edge Issues in Asbestos Litigation Conference” scheduled for March 16-17 in Beverly Hills, CA. We have made all efforts possible to move forward with the conference as scheduled and have worked closely this week with The Beverly Wilshire Hotel on implementing elevated safety precautions. While we were still expecting great attendance at the conference, given the continued spread around the country and increased travel bans, we feel it is best to postpone the conference for everyone’s safety.
Perrin Conferences will reschedule the conference and will let you know the date as soon as possible.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and CE Adjuster Credit
The conference is pending approval for 10.3-12.4 CLE credit hours depending on the state. Applications are being made to all CLE states as requested by attendees. Please contact Shannon Xarhoulakos to submit your CLE and CE requests. CE credit is pending approval for TX, FL, OK, CA, NH, GA.
**Perrin Conferences is expecting approval for 10.3-12.4 CLE credits. Perrin files for CLE approval for all requested states prior to the conference with materials provided, and therefore cannot guarantee accreditation by each jurisdiction's governing body.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend the conference, please notify us prior to March 2, 2020, and we will refund your fee. Cancellations received after this date and no-shows are subject to a $200 administrative fee. You may enroll a substitute at any time before the course starts.
Financial Aid Policy
Perrin Conferences is dedicated to providing high-quality continuing legal education to attorneys interested in course offerings. Program registrants who are unable to afford registration fees due to financial hardship may apply for a complete registration waiver or reduction in fee. Factors to be considered include employment status and annual income. Please send a written letter to Lynnsey Perrin addressing your financial situation for consideration. All requests must be submitted 14 days prior to the start of the program and are kept confidential.
